Online classes!

Due to the restrictions required in the UK to manage the Corona virus, MiM training has gone online! We had our first virtual training session last week and it was a great success.

MiM’s first online class!

In these times when individuals and families may be cooped up at home, it’s important to keep active. The practice of physical and mindful exercise will be critical to ensure that people maintain both their physical health as well as the mental resilience.

Chances are that the social distancing measures will be needed for an extended period of time here in the UK. Keeping our morale up will become increasingly important on a day-to-day basis as our new routines become an everyday norm.

I hope the online MiM training will provide our students (and hopefully some new ones!) an opportunity to continue to maintain their physical and mental well being.
